General Manager
Full Time Position, reports directly to Board of Directors
*Provide guidance, oversight, and manage growth of the Corporation
*Ability to interface with local and state governmental offices, Texas Rural Development Association, Texas Water Development Board, USDA, TCEQ. EPA and other constituents as necessary
RESPONSIBLE FOR:
*Planning and directing activities of the Corporation
*Implement and assure compliance with TCEQ *Direct and coordinate financial controls, program, and practices
*Recommend policies and procedures concerning system operation and management
QUALIFICATIONS:
*TCEQ License or ability to obtain C Water and Wastewater License or be willing to complete courses and be certified within 18 months
*Extensive professional utility supervision and administrative experience
*A background in water/sewer
*Proven Track Record in management and leadership
*Ability to problem solve
*Excellent written and verbal communication skills and computer skills
*Ability to direct and assist both field and staff personnel
*Working knowledge of human resources requirements and Work Force regulations *
Prepare and administer budget and capital expenditures
*Forecast short and long-range goals
*Ability to interact with Engineers, CPAs, Builders, Contractors, Regulatory Agencies, Local and State Officials, and Board of Directors
*Have a lead by example attitude.

Water Operator/Operator in Training
Full-time Position
This position requires outside work in all weather conditions and a rotating on-call schedule. A TCEQ Class C groundwater license is preferred or the ability to acquire a Class D within one year of employment and a Class C within three years of employment.
Training and benefits (Health Insurance, IRA, holiday pay, paid time off) are available. Must pass a pre-employment drug/alcohol screening and have a valid driver's license.
