Boil Water Rescind Notice - FM 225 S from west lake entrance to 5 mph curve including CR 769 from FM 225 to CR 770, CR 768, 7681, 7682, 7683, All of Forest Hills Subdivision (CR 770, 771, 7701), Westwind Subdivision (CR 754 & 7541), and CR 790.

On August 28, 2025, the Texas Commission on Environmental Quality required D & M Water Supply, PWS ID No. 1740010, to issue a Boil Water Notice to inform customers that due to loss of pressure, line break and water outage, the water from our system was required to be boiled prior to consumption.

Our system has taken the necessary corrective actions to restore adequate pressure, and /or bacteriological quality and has provided TCEQ with laboratory test results that indicate that the water no longer requires boiling prior to use as of September 2, 2025.

Areas included in this notice: FM 225 S from west lake entrance to 5 mph curve including CR 769 from FM 225 to CR 770, CR 768, 7681, 7682, 7683, All of Forest Hills Subdivision (CR 770, 771, 7701), Westwind Subdivision (CR 754 & 7541), and CR 790.
